- Managing 3 large CRM projects for 2 external clients in the medical and pharmaceutical industry - Sales, Marketing
- Co-managing an ERP project for a client in the FMCG sector - F&O: SCM, Finance
- Managing 2 smaller implementation projects for international clients (Europe, USA) - implementing additional functionalities to existing solutions
- Managing 5 teams (6-13 people) - managing the backlog, client communication, organizing meetings, planning sprints, jointly preparing for reviews, and analyzing during retrospectives, ensuring the collection of necessary requirements and tools for the efficient work of the consulting and development teams
- Presales - meetings with the sales area team and team leaders to gather requirements, pricing, preparing presentations and offers for the client, creating WBS
- Client - Regular meetings with the client's PM to maintain continuity of work and the status of needs for both parties. Cyclical Steering Committee meetings to summarize project milestones, releases, and risks that have occurred or may occur, and to determine the current state of scope.
- Implementing organizational improvements using AI: meeting summaries, automatic scheduling, sales copilot, OCR systems, search engine for local resources.

- Responsibility for the mobile application from the moment it is handed over by an external company: maintenance, operational work, and increasing functionality based on the web application (within a year from launch, 8% of total turnover through the application).
- Managing a team of developers - mobile application (building an internal team of 4 people).
- Managing a team of testers - dividing and prioritizing tasks reported by other departments, responsibility in the department for tests: integration, functional, comprehensive, acceptance, performance, smoke tests (building an internal team of 5 people).
- Project: Totems - a project for digitally presenting offers on screens in stationary sales points.
- Updates - active participation in implementing major system changes across all Rainbowtours services.

- R&D: Designing a PCB for automotive lighting control - selecting components based on documentation, designing the PCB in Altium Designer, assembling components and conducting tests, working with laboratory tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies.
- Building a laboratory setup that meets ISO, PN-EN requirements along with its complete equipment.

- Designing a power supply for LED lamps - design in Altium Designer, assembly, quality and performance testing
- Production - Assembly of LEDs on the PCB, assembly of components on drivers, assembly of lamps, uploading code to drivers, quality testing

- Acquiring new sponsors - preparing sponsorship agreements and meetings with potential sponsors
- Organizing webinars / on-site meetings - acting as PM, as a host, contacting the speaker, co-creating materials for social media, dividing tasks, actions around the event: creating the event page, creating the registration page, ensuring the preparation of necessary documents for conducting the event and necessary documents for participants
- PM2 Ways of Agile - Coordinator of the first conference on Agile organized by the Łódź Branch of PMI in Łódź for over 100 people
