Hello, I am Mateusz! This site will be a place that tells about my experiences, thoughts, and situations related to project management. I will try to show that everyone manages projects in their own way. From negotiation skills with a difficult client to discussions with a child about going to school. From managing risks in starting a challenging project with limited resources and skills to checking how many times I can hit the snooze button without being late for work. So... Happy exploring!

I have the greatest experience here, almost 30 years. Completed the toughest and at the same time the most important projects: coming into this world, winning the best woman, a successful marriage proposal, marrying the best woman, giving new life.

Besides that, making daily difficult decisions that affect both the here and now, as well as long-term plans.

Life

Over 3 years of professional continuity in the management world is enough to receive one of the most valued certifications, which is PMP®. I currently work as a PM in the PMO department at MS POS Poland S.A. I collaborate with clients from the medical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and fashion industries. I lead implementation projects for ERP and CRM systems in Microsoft solutions.

Experience

I regularly expand my knowledge by participating in training on management and personal development. I actively participate as a volunteer in the PMI Poland Chapter Łódź branch, where I organize and co-participate in conferences, webinars, and workshops.
